You must be over 18 to attend a class at Galway Gin School.
Participants will be given a briefing on health and safety in Galway Gin School prior to class commencing. All participants are expected to listen carefully and obey all instructions given. Inevitably there is a risk of accidents occurring. We expect participants to take all reasonable care in Galway Gin School to avoid any accidents. By your agreement to these booking conditions we shall be under no liability whatsoever, for loss injury or damage to you or your property whether in respect of any neglect, act of omission by us or otherwise. If in doubt, please ask for help.
Galway Gin School reserves the right to refuse admission. In addition, participants are expected to behave sensibly and appropriately at all times, both for their own sakes and the sake of other participants. If for any reason we are concerned about your behaviour, you will be required to leave the premises immediately.
If you are disabled, diabetic, have epilepsy, are pregnant, are visually impaired or have any other issue or illness you think we should be aware of, please let us know in advance and Galway Gin School will do it's best to accommodate you.
We cannot adjust classes for dietary requirements, unless agreed, prior to attending a class. If you have allergies please alert us in advance also. There may be traces of gluten, nuts etc in food and products supplied in Galway Gin School, so if you have an allergy, you attend at your own risk. If you have a disability or condition you think may effect the quality of your Gin School experience please let us know in advance so we can try and accommodate your needs.
Anyone who presents themselves 20 minutes after class commencing may be refused admission and forfeit the payment of the class, this will be at the tutors discretion on the day.
Galway Gin Company hold public liability insurance. We reserve the right to remove participants from the experience if they present a safety concern, whatever the reason.
The website may only be used for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the website and any transactions conducted on or through the Website.
Galway Gin school operates a strict 14 day refund policy. You have 14 calendar days from the purchase of a class or a voucher to notify us with your refund request. We may require proof of full payment in order to do so.
We operate a strict 21 day cancellation policy. Should you wish to reschedule a Galway Gin School Class that has been booked we require a minimum of 21 days notice in order to reschedule your class. If you cancel the class within the 21 days, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. In the unlikely event that Galway Gin School must cancel a class, we undertake to accommodate you in an alternative class or refund your payment.
You agree not to recreate, copy, transfer, publish, display, reproduce, circulate or use in any way commercially, any literature, live or printed that has been created by Galway Gin Company. Anything created by you during your time at Galway Gin School while on our premises and using our equipment, will be ultimately owned by us, and therefor Galway Gin School reserve the right to reproduce or reuse said creation as desired.
Galway Gin School reserve the right to make minor changes to class content and prices without notice.
